A formal franchise agreement will be drafted in collaboration with our solicitors to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between all parties involved.

As a proven franchise business, we collaborate with BFA-affiliated companies like Franchise Finance, who have a deep understanding of our business model. They will work with you to create a personalised business plan. Once agreed upon, they will support you in raising finance if needed. Franchise Finance partners with leading financial providers to assist franchisees with up to 70% of the total investment.

You will participate in a comprehensive brand induction and receive ongoing business support. Initially, you will be appointed a mentor—an experienced franchisee—who will serve as your immediate point of contact. We offer continuous training that covers everything from on-site surveying to working alongside builders during key project phases, such as craning steels, insulation to checking work off and signing off vital points of the project. This training encompasses management, customer service, product knowledge, and more, ensuring you are well-equipped from start to finish.

You can sell your franchise at anytime under the terms and conditions.

We would take a 6.5% royalty fee of annual turnover.

A franchise can earn between £70,000 and £400,000 annually, depending on the number of jobs completed and the size of the teams they choose to manage throughout the year.
